FAQs

You don’t need anything special to join us other than an exercise mat. We like these ones as they are padded but non slip: https://www.amazon.co.uk/just-Exercise-Pilates-Exercises-Workouts/dp/B01IT8VA44?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1

Comfortable clothing. Most people find leggings or jogging bottoms and a t-shirt the most practical. We exercise without shoes. Some clients find grippy socks helpful, some like to go bear foot, some manage fine in normal socks.

There are maps to our classes on each of the location pages.
