How we charge FAQs

1. What is the Monthly Payment Option?

This is a monthly payment option for our physiotherapist-led Pilates courses. It allows clients to spread the cost and continue seamlessly without re-booking each term.
The cost of the Pilates courses over the year are divided into 12 equal payments. This payment is charged monthly on the 1st of each month.

2. What are the benefits of the Rolling Plan?

  • No need to re-book every term.
  • Spreads the cost for easier budgeting.
  • Smoother admin processes.
  • Easier booking for additional classes for those who want to make the most of all Pop up has to offer.

3. Do I have to pay monthly?

No. You don’t have to move pay monthly. You can continue to pay for your whole course fee in advance in full. If you wish to pay in full let your physio know. Then at sign up your card will be charged for the full amount for the upcoming course.

4. What are the Monthly Payment options and prices?

Physio-Led Pilates Monthly Payment:
The same services you know and love.
£46 per month. This covers your regularly weekly Physio led Pilates course. If you miss a week you can join our Sunday stretch class for free. You can also access over 30 ‘Anytime’ Pilates sessions online on demand in our members area.

Physio-Led Pilates Plus+ Rolling Plan:
The same services you know and love, plus a little bit more.
£65 per month – includes your usual Physio led Pilates course plus 4 class credits per month for ‘Stretch and Flow’ or Pilates HIIT classes. (Credits reset monthly and cannot roll over).

5. When is the payment taken?

Payments are normally taken on the 1st of every month.
Your first ever payment for the monthly rolling payment will be charged when you sign up in December.
The second payment will be taken on the 1ST Feb and then monthly onwards.

The 2026 payment schedule is:

  • Term 1 Jan–Feb Course: Payment 1: booking in Dec. Payment 2: 1st Feb.
  • Term 2 March–April Course: Payment 1: 1st March. Payment 2: 1st April.
  • Term 3 May–June: Payment 1: 1st May. Payment 2: 1st June.
  • Term 4 July–August: Payment 1: July 1st. Payment 2: 1st August.
  • Term 5 Sept–Oct: Payment 1: 1st Sept. Payment 2: 1st October.
  • Term 6 Nov–Dec: Payment 1: 1st November. Payment 2: 1st December.

6. Can I select my payment date?

No, we are not able to change this date via the booking system I am afraid.

7. How does the payment occur?

Your first month payment will be charged to your card in class when you sign up. Just like normal. This fee will be £46.
In January admin will be in touch to ensure your Glofox account is set up correctly. From the following month (on the 1st), the rolling payment will be taken automatically from the debit/credit card saved securely on your account.

8. Can I pay by cash or cheque?

We do not normally accept cash or cheques for course fees. If you need to pay this way, contact admin@pop-up-pilates.com Payment for the full course will be required as this a manual process.

9. Do I need to re-register for each course?

No, this is one of the big benefits. Your space in the next course will be saved automatically and payment will continue unless you opt out.
In week 4, instead of priority sign up, you will get an email reminding you of the course dates and email to opt out if you do not wish to continue.

10. How do I cancel my Rolling Plan?

Email Admin@pop-up-pilates.com by Week 4 of your current course. Our admin team will then cancel reoccurring payment and you will not continue to the following course block.
You will be reminded of this deadline via email, WhatsApp and in class.

11. What happens during holidays or term breaks?

Classes are planned on a 46-week year.
Term-time only daytime classes will have course fees adjusted for the summer and Christmas breaks.
Some months may have more classes than others and some course blocks are longer than others but your course fee remains the same because it is calculated on £12 per class over 46wks of the year. This enables you to spread the cost of your course evenly and to streamline admin.

12. How long do the courses run for?

Our usual courses run for 6–8 weeks, depending on hall availability and public holidays. We usually have break weeks at Easter, in August, and at Christmas. Your course dates for 2026 will be made available in January via email and the website.

13. What if I attend two Pilates courses?

We’ll create a bespoke membership or manually process your payments.

14. What if I don’t want to save my card details?

You can pay via direct debit as you currently do but this will need to be for an upfront payment as this is a manual process. You will not be able to pay monthly without having a card saved to the system for automatic payment.
In time we may introduce a monthly direct debit plan but this will not be until later in the year to ensure that we can focus on delivering the current service.

15. Can I join other classes outside my course?

Yes and with the monthly payment plans this is even easier.

  • If you are on the £46 Rolling Plan: You can join additional Stretch or HIIT classes on a pay-as-you-go basis, and you’ll receive a discount for these classes.
  • If you are on the £65 Plus+ Plan: You have 4 credits per month to use for additional Stretch or HIIT classes.

More information will be provided on these services when the Pilates Plus plan launches in January.

16. Is the Members Area still available with online content and short sessions?

Yes! The Members Area will continue to run as normal. Active course members will receive the monthly password updates, whether you pay up front or monthly there will be no change to this service.

17. What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy will not change. Whether you pay for your course fee in advance or monthly your commitment period is just the same – a whole course block.
This is very important as it allows us to offer the progressive and personalised programmes our physios do. We are afraid that a drop in or rolling model does not work with our Pilates course design.
Therefore, just as now, I am afraid that no refunds will be given for missed or unattended classes. (You can however make up sessions in the Sunday stretch or online).
Even if you pay monthly, the terms of the service include the same course block commitment. Failure to pay for the 2nd payment for a course is a breach of the terms and conditions of the payment plan.
If you wish to discontinue your course, you must inform us via email before Week 4 of the term you are on, see How do I cancel.
