Upcoming schedule for our Gold Pilates Classes at Oxford Golf Course.

We run courses all year around in course blocks of 6-8 weeks. General sign up opens roughly 1month before the course start date but advance booking for those on our waiting list often opens earlier. Contact us to join our waiting list.

How our Pilates courses work:

Our Gold Pilates classes last 1hr. They are a tailored programme of standing, sitting and (optional) mat exercises designed by our expert physiotherapist team. Your instructor will led you through a warm up, your exercises and a cool down, offering individual support and adaptations all the way through. The exercises in our Gold Pilates classes are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility and balance at a pace that is right for you. They have a holistic focus with a supportive and friendly community.

If you are new to Pilates we recommend booking in with us for a pre-class introduction before your first class. This gives you some 1:1 time with your physio so they can understand any health problems that you have and go through the principles of Pilates on a one to one basis.

Classes run in course blocks that are 6-8 weeks long. New clients are welcome to join us at the start of each course block (normally in week 1 or 2) but sometimes we can accommodate new clients in a course in progress. Contact us, we would love to help.
